The university is located on a beautiful 113 hectare residential campus that crosses the River Shannon and is part of a national park, a few miles from the city.
American-style campus : 7 student residences, 16 restaurants, 70+ student clubs and associations, shops, the UL Arena sports center which welcomes 700,000 visitors per year.
The airport is located 20 km from Limerick.

Procedures
ID Card or passport (compulsory for destinations outside the EU) valid for six months after your return date.
No specific medical insurance is required. Health coverage by the French social security (European Health Insurance Card).
Non-Schengen countries, non-EU nationals need a study visa. It if possible for you to work on site (hotel / pub / store).
The university can pick you up from the airport (Shannon Airport) if you arrive on pre-established dates.
Accommodation
On campus only, plan around € 2,000 for the semester.
